great breakfast king superior room room space poor room service unclean room missing water
i looked forward to the stay a lot. the breakfast was great. it had options for every taste. also the king superior room had plenty of space.
the room service was not good. the room wasnt cleaned twice . i had to ask once for it to be cleaned. another day they didnt put water bottles in the room.

I stayed in a comfortable twin room. The room was cleaned to a very high standard each day. The reception staff were helpful. They provided useful travel information. They also efficiently addressed a minor issue I had with the television.
The hotel's gym was smaller than I expected. The equipment felt a bit dated. It could definitely benefit from some updates.

poor restock late night knocking
the breakfast was fine it had a wide choice for all
the room service left much to be desired i found my pajamas on the floor one day there was no full restock of supplies and i needed to ask to get things i needed another day they forgot the water bottles i asked at the reception and after waiting over an hour i put the do not disturb sign up only to be woken up at 1:30 am
